Our standard lead times are as follows:
Ready to Ship Orders (all products in our warehouse)1-2 working days
Bespoke Orders (special order from supplier) 10-12 working days
We detail all expected shipping dates at point of purchase to allow our customers to make an informed decision before purchasing.
The longest lead time will apply if an order contains a mixture of items stated above.
Orders should be placed separately if you wish for the item specific lead time to apply.
All orders are dispatched with royal mail (24 hour tracked or 48 hour tracked)
Please note that this is how long it takes for your parcel to get to you not the dispatch time from us.
Returns
Items should be returned within 14 days of receipt for a credit note or exchange (subject to stock).
Items need to be in unused condition and in original packaging, with tags still intact otherwise no exchange or credit note will be issued.
Your exchange or credit note will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of your return.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Return of items will be at your own cost and risk - we recommend using a tracking service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
PLEASE NOTE: All bespoke orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Staff of The Kit Factory have the right to be treated with respect. Aggressive, rude or abusive behaviour towards any member of staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

We understand that people can become angry when they feel that matters about which they feel strongly are not being dealt with as they wish. If that anger escalates into aggression towards our staff, we consider that unacceptable.
Any aggression or abuse directed towards our staff will not be tolerated and will result in your order being cancelled and refunded with immediate effect
